If i could give a lower rating I would. Ever since they were taking over by Johnson they have been terrible. Used to be a good one on one experience but this company has me wanting to take my chances without insurance.

I have attempted to cancel my parents insurance 5 times, each time it was a different run around. The latest was mind blowing, I spoke with a company representative told her I was coming to the office to show her the documents, she said fine, I get there and the office is closed due to Covid. One would assume that someone working there would know this? So a wasted a trip down there and 2 more calls into the office and still nothing. This agent is horrible… run and run fast! I asked to email them the information and nope they do not have emails, so I continue to attempt to cancel a policy and no one is able to help me. I asked to speak to a manager and they could not provide me one for at least 3-5 days. It has taken me over 2 weeks to get no place. Not sure how there could be so much confusion over a simple policy cancelation.
